10/25-10/28

  • fourth time no charm

Hayes went to see Wicked tonight, but I opted not to go.
It would've been my fourth time, so no big deal missing it, but still.
I just had too much homework to go.
    Oh well.

    crazy day kind of.
    i am spent. for sure.
    i'm totally about to crash.

No life for a few days.

He went way over the boundaries.

10/21-10/24

  • hoarseThat's what my voice is from today.

I sang the whole time I was driving, which was a long time, and I sang loudly. I haven't sang loudly in forever. It was nice.
And then tonight we (me, Vee, and Bre) were busting up as always. I miss laughing that hard. I haven't been able to laugh that hard without them. I don't know if that will happen any time soon, but we'll see...

I really don't want to. I was soooo excited to see my friends, but I don't know if they're all coming. And Katy isn't coming which is a major bummer. It's just going to be me and Philip, which is going to be a little weird, but whatever.
And I can't drive home tonight. I'm pissed about that. Whatever though. I might as well just stay there. I'm only coming back tomorrow for 2 hours for a stupid quiz. Big deal.
I do not want to go home. I rather be depressed and bitchy here, than at home. Pepperdine's my home, not Whittier.

I don't really know what to post tonight. Nothing really happened.
I ate pie. That's about it.
    Nothing special.
    Tomorrow should be nice though.

    It was amazing!
Best part of the week so far.
Jon Mcloughlin's performance was really good. I hadn't heard any of his music aside from the song in Enchanted, but I really liked the stuff he played tonight.
And Joe White was phenomenal. Plain and simple. He spoke with a passion and I really got his message. He was just so into what he was trying to portray to us. It was great.
I can't wait to read his book... but I'm going to have to.
I have loads of homework to do this week. I have a paper due tomorrow. It's only 3 pages, so it should be fairly easy to write. And then I have a pretty important speech to do Wednesday. That's going to be a lot of work. I'm not going to spend as much time as I'd like with my friends this weekend =[

10/17-10/20

2 hour chat at midnight, in the frosty air, is sometimes all you need to clear your head.
I didn't even care that it was freezing out, our convo was totally worth it. It was nice just being able to talk about whatever and feeling totally comfortable about it.

    aware.

The views from PCH are beautiful.
I still can't believe that I go to school so close to the ocean at Pepperdine.
    I am extremely lucky.
And UCSB is right by the ocean too!
It's waaay different than Pepperdine, but it still has the infinite summer vibe.

That's how I refer to myself. Idk why.

10/13-10/16

  • eeee!

    Current mood:giddy

You know... the sound Mini Me makes? Eeee!

Anyways... I am sooooo excited for next Thursday! It's not even funny how excited I am. I can't wait to wear my letterman jacket, and get my car, and see my friends, and cheer at the football game, and go eat at Norms.

    So excited!

    yeah!
I'm going to see Hoobastank on the 30th with Philip, and maybe Copeland and The Faint with Courtenay, and I'm probably going to see GREG LASWELL in November with her too!
    So excited!

I am starting to question my relationship with Philip.
I don't want to question it, but when people are telling me I jumped into it way too soon, I start thinking that maybe I did.
Maybe I did jump into things way too soon.
Maybe we should have gotten to know each other better before we took things beyond friendship. I feel like I don't really know him that well.
Maybe I could have been getting to know other guys too.
Maybe I would have found my Prince Charming.
    I will find him eventually.
I'll know when I find him.
    Philip isn't it.

    Laura is so cool.
We're just chillin on the couch, eating grapes, reading comics, and doing homework.
    It's fun.

9/29-10/2

    What do I want?

I want to be a good person.
I want to be a good friend.
I want to make myself and others proud.
I want to find myself a prince charming.

My prince charming will be wonderful.
He will be smart and use correct grammar.
He will be the perfect mix of geek, prep, and jock.
    He will be extremely chivalrous.
He will be handsome and strong.
He will keep my heart safe from harm.

I used to love Blue Jays until I found out they steal other birds' eggs and eat them. Now that's just mean.
There's a few that like to hang out in the tree outside our window, but not as of late because it's been too windy to just chillax in a tree. At least I would imagine. But I'm not a bird, so I wouldn't know.
    Tomorrow should be interesting...

    I LOVE BEING SPONTANEOUS!

    I still miss that girly.
    Anyway...
Tonight was fun. I was supposed to go out with Philip tonight, but we were having some trouble of thinking of things to do. So when we were trying to figure it out, my friend Jason IMs me and says he needs a date for a SigEp thing in 20 minutes. So I said I'd go with him since those were definite plans and I didn't have set plans with Philip.
So I rushed to get ready and met him over in RHO and waited for the rest of the SigEp guys. Then we all went to dinner at Red Robbin and had ourselves a nice time.
*The SigEp boys were out playing football, then the guys in charge told them they had 30 minutes to shower and find a date*
**Jason's my new buddy from band and he has a gf back in Texas. No worries**
Then Philip came over and hung out til 1. After he left I hung out in Laura and Erin's room talking to Laura and Laura about stuff and waited for Erin to come home from her date. She finally came home a few minutes ago and spilled the deets.
Now I really need to get some sleep.
