September 30
I didn't exactly open, but I still had to be at work super early. 5:30 to be exact. Courtney and Dallas opened. I'm not sure how I feel about Courtney yet. I need to warm up to her a bit. Jesse and Yeltsin showed up at 7, so it was one big party until I left at 9:30. I stopped by the bank after work an then came home to change and read for HIST. HIST did NOT go the way I wanted it to. We had an in class assignment, which I thought was pretty difficult, but everyone else seemed to love. Whatevs. And then that put me in a weird mood until I went to ADV at 6. We had a guest speaker, who was extremely informative, and we ended up getting out a little bit early. Erin and I met up at Mal Yo and chatted for a bit and then went home. Katy and Madison were doing some skit, so we had to stay upstairs since Katy didn't want us around. That's okay. Erin had to shower and I needed to talk to my mom anyway. After my phone call I came down to try and be productive, but it didn't work. Madison left, Josh came over, and I was being super silly since I was delirious from sleep deprivation. Oh sleep. Who needs it?

September 29
Katy and I are kind of behind on convos, so we figured we should get up and go, despite having a late night last night. Well, it wasn't even that late, but still. A former Olympian came to speak, John Naber, so that was interesting. Normally the speakers are pretty boring and I get antsy, but this guy was good. I think we were out around 10:30, Katy went to work, and I ventured through the canyon. I stopped by Sports Authority to return my men's lacrosse stick and then made my way to Moorpark to go to Dick's to get a women's lacrosse stick and some cleats. Success. I told Katy I would stop by once I got back, but before I did, I stopped and got us some frapuccinos at sbux. Good choice.
I think I stayed at Dance Star for about an hour and a half. Katy and I were just chit chatting and making faces at each other. It was good. I left around 2:30 and thought about reading for class, again, but then ultimately decided to skip class and go to the beach instead. I even got Katy to come after she was done with work. I'm really glad I chose the beach over class. It was sunny and warm, but it wasn't too sunny and warm. And then there were seals and dolphins and it was really pretty when the sun started going down. I would love to do that every day.
Katy and I left a little after 6, but I went home to shower and she went to a Songfest meeting. I was expecting just to meet up with her at ICC, but she stopped by home for a little bit, so we were able to leave at the same time. ICC went well, Katy got the money she asked for, and then we all split up at 9.
I don't know where the time went, but I didn't start getting ready for bed until 11, and then Katy came home from dance, and then I realized I still needed to post. So that's what I'm doing now.
I really liked today. I felt like I hadn't spent time with Katy in a while, so today was really good. I love spending time with her. I think we needed roomie time.

September 28
Well, I had to wake up at the crack of dawn since I was opening with Dallas. The open went well, but things started going wrong pretty quickly. It was hot, super busy, and we were running out of stuff. My shift went by pretty quickly and I was out of there by 10:15.
I came home and putzed around for a bit and then went up to the law school to meet up with my advertising group. We were able to crank out some ideas, so I'm feeling pretty good about it. When I came home, around 2, I contemplated running some errands, but ultimately just stayed home.
Katy and Isabela showed up a little after four, we got our game plan together, and then set out. We went to Paradise Cove for dinner and then made our way to the Roxy to see Ellie Goulding's first US show. Her opener was just okay, but she was amazing. She was cute and funny and even better live. I loved it. After the show we went to Millions of Milkshakes, which wasn't what I was expecting, and then finally went home.
Loooong, but good day.

September 27
Katy and I woke up early to work on our project, which wasn't so bad. Katy was doing most of the work, and I felt bad, but I didn't want to try and interject or anything. She left for class at 9:30, I finished getting ready, and I went to Pavillions at 10. I got back at 10:30, got ready for school, and then made some Polish sausages.
I got to school right on time despite being cooked to death in my car. Katy and I gave our presentation, which I think went well, and then we went our separate ways after class. We actually learned stuff in graphics, so that was nice. English was cancelled, so I was able to come home early and veg for a little bit before starting dinner at 5. I was a little scared with how my lasagna was going to come out, but it worked out okay. Claudia showed up a little after 6:30 and then Erin and Mary showed up a little after 7. We ate and it was wonderful. Claudia left pretty soon after dinner, but Mary stuck around so Katy and I deep fried some Oreos and Snickers. Delicious. It was still super hot out so we made an impulsive decision to go jump in the pool. Katy needed to leave for dance, so it was a short visit, but worth it.
Awesome day.

September 26
I woke up a few times this morning, and I didn't really want to get up, but I wasn't as tired as I thought I was going to be. Work went really well and it was fun even though it was busy. I got there at 7:30 and worked with Claudia and Maddie, then Johnny came in, then Daisy, then Pat, then Johnny left, then Maddie, then me and Claudia. Good stuff.
It was incredibly hot outside, but that didn't deter me from Lacrosse practice. We went over the fundamentals and I learned a lot, even though it was kind of difficult to get the hang of. I jumped in the pool and showered, got gas, and then hit the books in the library until I met with my advertising group at 6:30. We didn't get anything accomplished, which I was expecting, and then we left at 8.
I came home, ate, and then attempted to work on homework with Katy, but we failed and did other homework instead. We were both way too tired to be productive as a pair. We'll do it in the morning.
September 25
I woke up early to be at work at 8:15, which went well, and clocked out around 3. I got home, showered, and got ready for my date with Erin.
I figured Katy was going to stop by before we left, but she didn't. We made our way to BJs, ate a delicious meal and dessert, and then were off to the movies. We were being extremely silly and I loved it. I don't think Katy and I have ever been that silly. We saw Easy A, which was GREAT. We were supposed to see it with Katy, but then we made a clock instead. And then Erin and I were going to see it, but we thought Katy would feel left out, so we didn't. Turns out, she went and saw it with Chris that night. Thanks. She said we could've asked her if it was okay, but she could've too. So we went ahead and saw it without her. Good choice. I bet she went and saw it with Chris again anyway.
After the movies we went over to Josh's, which was boring until people started showing up and I learned how to play Rock Band. I was super tired and going to Josh's probably wasn't smart, but whatevs.

September 24
Katy and I did end up talking last night, and it went extremely well. I was a little scared that it was going to end up like it did the night before, but we were back to being besties by the time we fell asleep. We're bestest friends.
Josh ended up staying the night, so he and Erin slept in, but Katy and I got up and went to convo. It was our second one. Woo! Hopefully I'll be able to get 12 more. Totally doable. We sat with Kasey and then had some lunch in the caf. When it was time for Katy to go to class, I went out in search of a lacrosse stick. Success. I came home, watched some lacrosse videos, got intimidated, and then went to work. Katy came in after work/before her career coaching thing, so that was nice. Overall, work was good and I had fun closing with Maddie and Claudia. The freshies came in and then Erin and Mary, and then Katy came in again. We got out late, at 11, but that's okay.
After I got home, I chatted with Katy and Erin for a bit, showered, and then went to bed.
Good day.

September 23
I normally post right before going to bed, but I'm really bored and don't feel like doing anything else, so I'm posting early. Maybe I'll add on to it if I need to, but I don't think I'll need to.
So last night I wanted to talk to Katy about... well... I don't really know what. I just felt we should talk because it was weird between us. We did end up talking after we went to bed, but it wasn't about what I thought I wanted it to be about, which I still don't know what I wanted it to be about, and it didn't end in a way that I felt good about. I don't know if we're okay. I don't know if I should be acting like we're okay. I still think there's some bad blood between us, and I don't know why. I thought we were fine, but then Tuesday night happened and it got weird again. There's like this bad circuit somewhere and I don't know where it is or how to fix it. One day it's fine, the next it's not.
I woke up early to finish homework, and so did Katy, but she gave up pretty quickly and went back to bed. I didn't really speak to her. All morning really. It was weird. And she apologized for falling asleep so quickly the night before, but it wasn't that big of a deal. I would've liked to have kept talking, but it wasn't necessary and I didn't really like the way it was going. She was tired anyway. She needed the sleep.
HIST was kind of boring and ART was cancelled, and as I was walking back down to the Fieldhouse with Ainsley, she had a mini meltdown and cried. I tried to comfort her as best I could and I think I helped, but maybe not. When I got home I did some homework, watched Parenthood and Chuck, and then crashed on the couch for a few minutes. Katy was home, but we didn't really talk.
ADV was just okay and nothing was really accomplished. We got out early so I was gonna go to convo at 8, but then Erin said she was making dinner, so I scratched that plan and went home. As soon as I got home, Erin asked if I could give Josh a ride, so I agreed and went to go pick him up. Katy came home from work just as we were about to eat, we ate and laughed, and then things started to get kind of awk towards the end. Erin and Josh, who are official now, went upstairs, Katy stayed downstairs and watched stuff for hours, and I bounced back and forth from the kitchen table to my room, trying to combat boredom. It didn't work.
I still think Katy and I should talk. I know exactly what I want to say, but I know I won't be able to say it. I don't think we will talk though. No matter how much I want to, I'm probably going to say I don't want to talk... and then we won't... and then I'll get mad at myself because it was my fault we didn't talk. What I would really like to happen is a car talk. But that won't happen. I wish it would, but it won't.

September 22
I guess Chris left around 7, because that's when Scout woke me up and Katy came upstairs to go to bed. I apologized, but it didn't make me feel any better. I still felt bad about the night before.
She left for work, I got ready for the day and did homework, Erin came home around 11, left for class around 12, came back around 2, and then I left for class around 4. Katy and I had been texting and it got a little sour, so I told her that I felt that it was weird between us and that I didn't know how to fix it... because it is and I don't. I don't think that helped anything.
I got home at 6, made dinner for everyone, Erin left for some interview at 7, I left for a lacrosse meeting, and Katy left for Dance Team. The lacrosse meeting wasn't anything special, except we're going to Hawaii Oct. 29-31. Katy's birthday concert is the 29th and Halloween is like our holiday. My heart sank when I heard. And I told Katy and I don't think she's too thrilled about it. I mean, I don't have to go. I don't have to do lacrosse. And I asked if we could talk when she got home, but we didn't. I was doing homework and she went upstairs when she got home around 11. It's okay. It can stay weird between us. I can pretend it's fine.
September 21
Geez.
I didn't get much sleep last night, but I had to wake up early and open. It wasn't too bad, but by the time I was off at noon, I was really tired. I thought about going to the gym after work, but I was too tired to do that. I came home and crashed instead. Hard. For like 4 hours.
When I woke up, I had some leftovers and then got ready for class.
Plans for this evening:
Original: Go to class, go to gym, come home, eat, shower, go to bed, be refreshed and ready for convo in the morning.
But, since we got out of class a little early, I came up with a new plan: go to class, come home and watch Glee with Katy for some quality roomie time, eat, shower, go to bed, wake up refreshed.
But, as I was on my way home, I was informed that Chris was over, so that nixed my roomie bonding plan. So I came home and watched Glee, and ate, but I did it from the table and not on the couch with Chris and Katy. I just couldn't be that close to both of them. I had forgotten some stuff at work when I left at noon, so I figured going to get it would be a good idea since I needed it and I didn't want to be in the house with Chris and Katy. I ended up staying until closing, and then I figured I'd go to the gym, but I was still too full, so that didn't work. Then I figured I'd go for a drive since I wasn't really planning on being home, nor did I want to be home, so I headed through the canyon. By this time, Erin thought something was wrong with me, so she said to meet her at Josh's. I headed that way, but then changed my mind and decided to continue on with my drive, but then Erin made me feel bad, so I turned around again. I thought Erin was coming from school, but I guess she was at home and then went to pick up one of her BA friends, so I was awkwardly sitting in Josh's living room with a big hookah next to me for about 45 minutes before Erin got there. I stayed until a little after 12 and then went home.
I noticed that Chris was still home, and it was still fairly early, so I drove around for a bit longer. I came back maybe half an hour later and figured that they were probably asleep on the couch, so I set out for one of the drives I intended to have (my intended routes for my drive also changed several times). I came home around 2 and noticed that Chris's car was still around, but I decided to go in anyway. I figured that me getting ready downstairs would wake them up, but it didn't.
I had planned on them waking up, Chris leaving, Katy going upstairs to go to bed, and me staying downstairs to do homework, but that's not what happened. Chris ended up staying, Katy slept downstairs with Chris, and I ended up upstairs.
Katy was texting me, trying to get me to tell her what was up, but I wasn't having it. I was in no mood.
I hate it.

September 20
I can't remember what time I woke up, but it wasn't too incredibly early. I think it was around 9. And I don't really remember what I did before 11, but I left at 11, met up with Erin at Starbux, and then went to class... where there was coffee from Starbux. But I had a chai, so it didn't matter.
HIST went well, ART was a waste of time, and I actually participated in ENG. After school I went to pick up stuff to make dinner and then started once I got home. Katy was a big help. I was a little scared with how well it was going to turn out, but I think it was a success. Everyone ate it and said it was good, so I hope it really was. Who knew I could make meatloaf?
We were being incredibly silly all night and after Erin went to bed, Katy made these delicious tart things. I really should've been in bed, but I was staying up for those. I'm glad I did.
September 19
I am beyond tired right now and not in the mood for writing, but I'll write anyway.
I woke up around 10, showered, and got to cleaning the house. I don't know why I felt like cleaning, but I did. Erin was supposed to go to church and to lunch with Dr. Duran, but she didn't come home until 8, so she slept in until 12. She went to the pool while I pretended to do homework. Katy got home around 2, she and Erin got ready and then Tim showed up around 4. We set out pretty soon after, but then I realized I had forgotten the tickets at home. That's the second time that's happened. Great.
We wasted an hour, but we were back on the road by 5. We stopped at In-N-Out, were pleasantly surprised to see Fehlbaum, and then set out again. We missed Kadawatha and New Found Glory, but we got there in time to see Tegan and Sara. Well, Tim and I were in the merch line while Tegan and Sara played, but I got to listen to then and I saw their last 2 songs. Paramore was fantastic and I had a great time belting and head banging. I think everyone else did too. We got a little turned around on the way home, and Erin was a tad cranky, but we got home right around midnight. Tim was trying to be smooth all night, putting his arm around me and stuff, and I thought for sure he was going to try and kiss me goodnight, but he didn't. I'm glad he didn't, but also a little disappointed. Whatev.
Erin went straight to bed, Katy and I were silly for a second, and then we went to bed.

September 18
I stayed in bed until around noon, which was surprising since Scout never lets me sleep that long. Erin slept in too, so when we finally went downstairs, we didn't really feel like getting started for the day. We eventually started to get a move on around 1, Katy came home around 2, and Peter came over around 3. Peter and I just talked for about 2 hours, which was really nice. I like talking to him. Katy left for Oxy around 4, Peter left at 5, and then I started laundry and crashed for like 2 hours. Dumb. I really shouldve been doing homework, but I wasn't. And didn't. And I was supposed to hang out with Peter again, but that didn't end up happening. And Erin left to go to Josh's so I couldn't hang out with her.
I cleaned my bathroom and watched Parenthood before going to bed.

September 17
After I got out of the shower, Erin left for Josh's and Katy and I went to bed. Well, we went to bed, but we didn't fall asleep. We spent a few hours talking about a whole bunch of things that we should've talked about a long time ago. It was scary and uncomfortable at first, but once the ball got rolling, I actually enjoyed it and didn't want to stop.
I had to wake up early since I opened with Dallas, but I didn't mind only getting 2 hours of sleep. I felt great about my talk with Katy and that feeling stuck around until around 11 when I started to crash. I stayed a few extra minutes at work, but eventually was freed at 1:30. I went straight to Santa Monica to Michaels to get supplies to build a clock. I was done there around 3 and stopped by to go see Katy at work. Courtenay was working downstairs, so I stopped in to say hi to her on my way out. I then swung by school to pick up my paycheck and was pleasantly surprised to find another refund check. I love surprises like that.
I was dead tired when I got home, but instead of taking a nap, I showered to wake myself up instead. Erin was home by the time I got out and we spent a good amount of time in the kitchen. She made dinner and baked and I just kind of watched. Katy came home close to 7, vented about work for a bit, and then we all had dinner together. It was cute. We toyed with the idea of going to the movies, and I wanted to, but we ultimately spent hours working on a clock. It was fun, but I think Erin was over it pretty quickly. Katy and I enjoyed ourselves though. I'm glad we work well together. It would be a huge problem if we didn't.
And I already feel closer to her after our talk the night before. She let me know she feels that way too, so that's good. I really want to be a better friend to her this year.

September 16
I kind of slept in, but not as late as I would've liked. April Scout is quite the alarm clock. Katy didn't have her 10 o'clock class, so she was able to sleep in a little too. We both needed to finish our history homework, so she started on that while I made myself breakfast. Yum.
We finished around 11, got ready, and then went to class.
My day at school was just alright and I got out of graphics early, so instead of going to the gym, I came home instead. I was really hoping I would finally be able to talk to Katy since we had 2 hours to ourselves and Erin wasn't going to be home, but that didn't happen. I think I'm over it. It'll be a week since my little meltdown and I don't really see the point in talking about it anymore. I'm sure Erin's already told her all about it.
Advertising wasn't anything special and we got out early, so Katy and I decided that we should all go on a burger run when I got home. As soon as Erin was out of the shower, we were off. It was delicious, but more food that I had been used to eating as of late. I actually had three meals today, real ones, and my stomach was so confused. We stayed longer than we should've, but that's okay.
When we got home, Katy and Erin started girl talking, and I really wanted to join in, but I needed to shower and get ready for bed. I feel like I missed out on some crucial information. Jealous? Of course I am.

September 15
I had to wake up early again to be at work at 5. Why I couldn't just get there at 4:45, I don't know. Emory opened, which was new, and a new transfer, Courtney. I can't tell if I like her or not yet. She knows what she's doing, and she knows she knows what she's doing, but she was trying to tell me what to do. Girl, please. I know what I'm doing. And she was asking me random questions at like 5 in the morning. That wasn't okay either. Jesse eventually came in, then Daisy, and then I was dunzo.
I intended on napping, but I didn't. I really should've though. I got to school a little after 1, went to Payson to do my graphics homework, and then some, and then went to English. English was hard to get through not only because I was extremely sleepy, but because I had no clue what was going on. I felt like an idiot. It was like being in Faith and Reason all over again. Not cool.
I thought ICC was at 6:30, so I was planning on going to that, then taking pictures of the flags with Katy, and then making dinner for the fam, but that didn't work out. ICC wasn't until 8, so I had 2 hours to kill and that meant no dinner. I could've gone to the gym, but I didn't think I would have time, so I didn't. Bummer. I was definitely bummed about it. Mostly about not making dinner.
ICC went well, except it was cold, and homework when I got home went well for the most part. I got 2/3 of the way done with it.
And I really wanted to talk to Katy, but that didn't work out either. I have a feeling we aren't ever going to talk about last Friday. It's almost been a week and I'm kind of over it.

September 14
So after Erin came home, she insisted that we chat. So we did. It wasn't too scary. Just a little scary. I thought about staying up for Katy, but I couldn't. I was out cold by 12.
I woke up early and opened with Dallas and was off by 9. The original plan was to go straight from work to the gym, but Katy said she wanted something, so I brought her a drink and then went to the gym. I got home around 11, showered, and then left with Erin and Josh on an impulsive trip to go get Erin's nose pierced. The catch: I needed to get something pierced too. Erin went first and handled it like a pro. I ended up getting the side of my ear pierced, which hurt, but not as much as I was expecting it to. We were back by 3, Erin and Josh went upstairs and then left about half an hour later and I chillaxed until leaving for class at 6. Class went by slowly at first, but then it was over before I knew it.
I didn't realize I had so much reading to do, so I started that, but ended up cheating because there was no way I was going to read 100 pages. No way. And I though Erin was going to be out, giving me a good opportunity to talk to Katy, but Laura ruined that plan. Erin stayed home instead. I'll talk to her. I will.
Oh and Erin missed the rush registration deadline, so I don't think she's rushing. Bummer dude. Not.

September 13
I woke up early-ish this morning to finish my homework for HIST. Katy woke up early to do the same. Erin and I left the house around 11:30, but had to park in the boonies because the Fieldhouse parking lot was supposed to be closed. Turns out I could've parked there.
HIST went well. Katy and I got to sit next to each other and we were silly like we usually are, so that made me feel okay about the two of us. I was a little worried. Graphics was fun and I actually spoke up in English. I contemplated going home after class to go talk to Katy, but ultimately went to the gym instead. I had an hour to kill between the gym and LSA so I drove around and then did some stuff on my computer. The meeting was kind of a waste and I was home by 9:30. I got to see Katy for a few minutes when I got home, but it wasn't enough time to have a heart to heart like I wanted. She left for Dance Team practice, I got ready for bed, and Erin came home late after pre-rush stuff. I don't want her to rush. I don't want her to change. I don't want to take down our fratority letters.
September 12
So the family meeting did not go well and Katy left and looked pretty mad. I was more than a little scared to go to bed, but I think I made it semi-okay. I apologized a bunch and we talked a little bit, which I think made both of us feel better.
I woke up early to be at work at 7:30, and didn't leave until 12:30. It was super busy and I was in a better mood, but work wasn't exactly fun. I like it when it's fun.
I almost napped when I got home, but then I didn't, and then I realized I had a meeting to go to for school. It was kind of pointless, but it was one of those mandatory "this is how things work" kind of meetings. At least I get paid for it. Erin was out when I got home, and then we tried doing homework for a while, but failed, and then we went to Starbucks to get some caffeine. I meant to talk to her about everything, but we were just being silly instead. And I would've talked to her when we got back home, but Josh came over and didn't leave until almost 1.
Katy got home a little after 11, and I really wanted to talk to her, but we both had homework to do and she was exhausted from DIF stuff, so I didn't think it was going to happen. It never happens when I want it to. Or at all for that matter. I don't talk.

September 11
So last night was rough. Chris and Katy fell asleep on the couch, so I left and slept in my car until 3, and then they were still on the couch and I snapped at Katy a little bit and felt really bad about it. I cried and I think she did too. I just was super overwhelmed with stuff that was going on and some stuff that was brought up in conversation with Tim, and I was super emotional and didn't really know how to handle it. Erin came down to talk to me for a sec, which was nice and very appreciated.
I didn't end up falling asleep until after 4, Scout woke me up at 5:30, and then I got up for real at 7 to be at work at 8. My heart was not in it today and everyone knew it. I was just pretty upset about how the evening ended the night before.
I got home a little after 1 and crashed, went to the gym after waking up, and then chillaxed around the house until Katy informed me that she still wanted to have a family meeting about yesterday. I got scared and I went for a drive for about an hour.
I came home and just hung out downstairs for a while and then the interrogation started. I got defensive and didn't give real answers and Katy got upset. I just wish I could communicate effectively. I feel terrible.

September 10
Today was an interesting day.
Erin didn't end up coming home until 3:30, so she wasn't awake when I got up to get ready for convo. I assumed I would be going by myself, but Erin ended up getting up at the last minute and was ready to go on time. As I was turning onto PCH, I realized I had forgotten my ID, so that put the first damper on my day. It wasn't even a huge deal. I signed in to convo, but I have to fill out some thing online to get credit since I didn't have my ID.
I was planning on just sitting around the library until the soccer game, but Erin was meeting up with Mary, so I tagged along for a sec, and then Tim found us, and then we ended up at John's Garden. I wasn't hungry, so I just got a smoothie, but whatever. Tim paid. We sat around chatting for a while and then Tim went to work, Erin and I took Mary back to school, and Erin and I had our first car talk. It was good. No, it was great. I really enjoyed it.
I thought I was supposed to go into work to fill in for some girl, but she didn't ever get back to me, so I decided not to go. Erin went to work and I went to the library for a little over an hour. I went to go visit Katy at work, which was a little weird, but it was nice finally seeing where Katy's been working.
When 4 rolled around, it was time for me to go have my talk with Laura. I really didn't see the point and I really didn't want to. We ended up at my Starbucks, so it worked out in my favor, and we had our chat. I don't know if it accomplished anything, I don't feel any different, but I'm glad I don't have to do that again. It was difficult. Although I find myself feeling more comfortable with speaking in general, having conversations like that is still difficult. I've never had to have them, so I don't really know how.
I had planned on going home to grab a jacket and then go back to school for the rest of the evening, but Erin was on her way home and didn't want me to leave. I wanted to leave before Katy got home, but that didn't happen. Erin could tell that I wasn't in the greatest mood, but I didn't really want to talk about it. Not then. Then Chris showed up when I was getting ready to leave, so I waited around for a few.
I met up with Tim at Coogies around 7:30, which turned out to be really enjoyable, we stopped by Sbux on our way out, and then went to the Coffee House at school. We got there a little late, but I still really liked the concert. I feel bad for not remember who it was. I'm sure I could find out. And I saw Peter and immediately wished I was there with him instead of with Tim. Tim was still fun to be with though.
After the Coffee House, we went back to the Colony and we smoked a bowl. I probably shouldn't have, but I wanted to, so I did. I didn't get super stoned, but I had a nice high going. Tim was venting about some pretty deep stuff, so I started venting too, and it was unexpected, but good. Surprisingly, I had a really good time. I just hope we can be friends and nothing more than that. I don't want anything more than that from Tim.
I got home and was ready for bed by midnight, but Katy and Chris were still downstairs watching TV, so I couldn't go to bed. I really wanted to be in bed my midnight, but that obviously wasn't happening. Plus, I really wanted to talk to Erin about my day, and she wasn't home yet, so I couldnt go to bed for that reason either. At least at school there was a curfew, not that I was home after the curfew anyway.

September 9
I started writing updates to Erin a year ago today. That's crazy. I just checked, and I sent her 48.5 updates.
Anywho... I woke up early, had a little fiasco with my flat iron, and went to school early to table for Riptide and give Katy a paper that I printed out for her. I ran into Tim and Claudia in the Sandbar, so I talked to them for a bit, and then went down to the caf at 10:15 to do Riptide stuff, but Myriah had already packed everything up. I headed back up to the Sandbar, listened to Claudia freak out about work, talked to Tim for a while and then went to class.
I normally sit next to Katy, but the guy that walked into class literally 3 seconds before I did took my seat, so I had to sit in the back. I didn't mind, but normally I make comments under my breath so Katy could hear, but I couldn't do that today. I did make one remark and the guy sitting next to me made one back, so that was good.
Graphics went well and I'm happy with how my homework turned out. I wouldn't say it was the best in the class, but I think it was up there. Hopefully my skills will improve and I'll be designing stuff in no time. Katy asked if I would design stuff for Dance Team, so I'll try to be creative with that.
I was starving after class, so I went down to the new store where the Oasis used to be and got an Odwalla and a grapes and cheese cup, and then met Peter in the HAWC at 4. It was great to catch up with him and the conversation felt really easy. I like it when that happens. He's fantastic. Daniel came up for the last few minutes of our chat, so that was nice. I like him and I want to stay friends. I think that's totally doable. It'll happen. I think he wants it to happen too. If he didn't, he wouldn't give me high fives or hugs.
Advertising went really well and I'm still intimidated by this whole project, but I think it's going to be fun. We'll see how it goes.
I talked to my mom for a sec on my way down to the parking lot, hit up the gym, and then came home to an empty house. Katy came home about an hour later from dance, which I had no clue about, and Erin didn't come home until late. I wish we were all home at the same time for once. We need some roommate bonding time.
My day was going really well, but it ended with me having a weird bleh feeling. That happened the last time I said that the day was going well. Maybe I just shouldn't say that anymore. Maybe I jinxed it.
And I'm a little worried about tomorrow. For multiple reasons.
September 8
Katy and I decided to skip convo and sleep in instead. Great choice. I stayed in bed for a while after Katy had already left for work, and then Erin and I had breakfast together. She went for a run and I tried to be productive, and somewhat succeeded. I ended up getting to school right on time, which was not my plan, but it worked out anyway, and then had a Ripboard meeting at 6:30. That went well, I went to the library and did some homework, and then met up with Katy in the caf for dinner since we were both hungry and both still on campus. It was the first time I had been in there, and it hadn't really changed aside from this cool new soda machine. It's a little too fancy for me and I probably won't ever use it, but that's okay.
Katy and I went to Ralphs after dinner and then headed over to Starbucks and sat and chatted for a bit. We chillaxed for a bit when we got home and then Katy talked to her boy, I chatted with my mom, and then we both got ready for bed.

September 7
I did not want to wake up, and I thought about not waking up, but that would've been really bad. I opened with Dallas, which was enjoyable since he's one of my faves, and the morning went really well. It started going by slow, but then it was already noon and I was off. Erin and Claire came in for a bit too, so that was nice. I got a little distracted, but it wasn't a big deal.
I had intended on napping when I got home, but then changed my mind since Claire and Erin were going to be around. And then Josh. So I stayed awake and chatted with them a bit. I left a little after 2, when Katy got home, and went to school to do some homework. When I got too burnt out, I went to the bank to deposit some checks that I got from school and then went to sbux for a while.
I went to ADV, which went by kind of quickly, and then hit up the gym for about an hour. Claudia got there towards the end of my workout, so I stopped to talk to her for a bit before going home. Katy wanted me to keep her company when I got home, so I gladly obliged and we filled each other in on the past couple of days since we hadn't seen each other in forever. Well, we'd briefly seen each other, but that doesn't really count.
I really like how I feel comfortable talking to her now. It's good. No, it's great.

September 6
I kinda got to sleep in, but Scout was making it hard to stay asleep.
I showered and got ready for my day, ate some breakfast burritos from Lily's with Claire and Erin, and did some work for LSA. I left around 3, right as Katy was coming home, to go hang out with Yeltsin. We had made plans to go see a movie at 4, but that didn't work out.
I couldn't buy tickets since I was under 21 and Yeltsin was late anyway. I got some shopping in and then Yeltsin finally showed around 4:45. We decided on Inception. He paid for the tickets, so I'm thinking maybe it was a date, but maybe not. We weren't flirty or anything.
I was home by 9, ate dinner with Claire, Erin, and Tyler, and then was in bed by 11.
September 5
I got a good amount of sleep before waking up at 9:30 and being at work at 10:30. We were all set up in an hour, so Kevin gave us a 45 minute break. That gave me enough time to go home for a second to say hi to Katy, only she was in the shower, so that didn't work. I sent her a text message instead. Turns out she went to Starbucks on her way home to say hi, but I wasn't working.
I went back to work at 12:15, did tickets, talked to my dad and sister for a little bit, and then left at 2. I came home to change, and then went to work at Starbucks at 3. It was really busy, and my dad came to give me stuff, but I was busy, so it's not like I could've just dropped everything to talk to him. Katy came in, which surprised me and made me inexplicably happy. I missed her. I still do. Claire and Erin came in too, so that was great. Tim let me go on a 10, so I was able to talk to them for a while. And 3 famous people came in within 15 minutes, so they were lovin' it. Closing was rough, since it was really busy the entire time, but we got through it.
I came home to an empty house, but Erin and Claire came home with Mary and Josh a little after 11, so I stayed up and talked to them until 2. And Erin and I fixed the garbage disposal. Win. I really liked talking to them. This weekend was just so exhausting and I hope I they get better.

September 4
So here's how the day went down:
I woke up at 4:20 to open with Amariah at 5:15.
I worked until 9:30 because it was busy and because Amber was late.
I clocked in to work at school at 9:45 and worked until 2:30.
I came home for a power nap and was back at school by 3:30.
I clocked out at 10:45.
I went to get gas and groceries and came home to an empty house. It's like I'm living alone again. I haven't seen Katy or Erin. I won't see Katy until probably some time Monday, but I should see Erin at some point.

September 3
Tyler came over just as I was going to bed. Erin said they'd keep it down, but they didn't. I fell asleep for maybe an hour, but woke up and stayed up. I was up when Katy went to bed and I was kind of snappy, which made me feel bad, and I ended up sleeping downstairs. I just didn't want to lie awake in my own bed. I don't want to blow my own horn or anything, but I'm a really good friend and I expect my friends to be just as good. I would've either not allowed anyone over or would've taken my conversation somewhere else. That did not happen. I ended up getting about 2 hours of sleep.
I had work at 6:15, so that sucked a little, but I got paid when I clocked out at 11. I came home and napped, and was supposed to wake up at 12:45, but I woke up at 1:15. God was definitely on my side today. I got to work at 1:30, did the whole event staff thing, and clocked out at 9. It definitely wasn't Disneyland, but I think it was for the better. I would've been tired and cranky and the next day would've sucked.

September 2
Oh man. Work at 6:30 was hard, but I got through it and I was amped when I got to class at 12. That high lasted me until I finished at 4, and I would've loved to have slept, but I didn't. I rested at home though. I sat through class at 6, which was a little intimidating, but I think it'll be okay. I stopped by Pavillions on the way home, and then Katy and I went on a burger run since we were starving and didn't have any real food all day. It was fun. We met Erin's friend Claire when we got home, I debated my weekend plans, showered, and then reluctantly went to bed.

September 1
Wow. September.
Katy was gone by the time I left for convo, and we were supposed to meet up to sit together, but her DIF meeting got out late, so I ended up sitting by myself. That's okay. I helped hand out Riptide t-shirts after convo, so that was nice.
I came home, read for class, did laundry, and then went to school early to pick up a book from Fehlbaum. We just watched a movie in class, so it was real chill. I had an ICC meeting afterwards, so I was finally able to see Katy. Then I had an LSA meeting after that, and I ended up running for Director of Marketing and Events. I got it. Then after that I had a Riptide meeting. Not too many people came and it was late, but I think it was still successful. I got home a little after 10, popped in my last load of laundry in the dryer, read for a little bit, and waited for my laundry to dry before going to bed.
August 31
Katy was the first one out, and I didn't really wake up until 11. I definitely could've slept longer, but I didn't think it would be wise. Erin was still around when I left for the bank at 1:15. I went to work at 2, which was a joke considering I asked for the day off and I wasn't originally scheduled, and I left early because I had class. I stopped by Daniel's on my way to school to give him a book that I used last semester and figured I'd keep since I had a feeling it would come in handy. It did. I found a great parking spot and got to class with plenty of time to unwind. As usual, Rosenkrans talked for forever and was very excited, but it's Rosenkrans, so I didn't mind. We got out early, which meant I got home early, which meant... well, nothing really. I ate and thought about doing homework, but gave up pretty quickly and watched 2 episodes of The Secret Life instead. Tyler invited Katy and I to a surprise thing for Erin's birthday, but we declined since we figured it would just be BA kids and we would've felt awkward. I think it was a good call because it was just BA kids. Erin finally came home at 10:30, we had birthday cake and Erin opened presents, and it was cute.
